LATHE!!
I got to use my schools lathe today!
So I made this bushing out of nylon!
Not bad for my first try.
It has a perfect fit in 1 1/4" PVC, and the barrel fit is 100%
I'm going to be making a lathed plunger head which uses an o-ring seal instead of the normal snap, so that there wont be much harm. Thanks for the comment!
Awesome! It seems like it wouldn't hurt the plunger head as much as plastic.
